El diseño de este edificio de 15 viviendas con garaje y trasteros se basa en conseguir que cada vivienda tenga el máximo espacio exterior posible quebrando su contorno exterior.
A través de amplias terrazas en voladizo, se vincula el espacio exterior e interior, introduciendo el máximo de luz natural y creando protectores solares en las viviendas.
La sostenibilidad, la utilización de sistemas de climatización de alta eficiencia, la elección de sistemas constructivos avanzados, una correcta orientación y el diseño de protectores solares, hacen que todas las viviendas tengan un excelente comportamiento térmico y un bajo consumo energético.

The design of this building of 15 homes with garage and storage rooms is based on ensuring that each home has as much outdoor space as possible, breaking its outer contour.
Through large cantilevered terraces, the exterior and interior space are linked, introducing the maximum of natural light and creating solar protectors in the homes.
Sustainability, the use of high-efficiency air conditioning systems, the choice of advanced construction systems, a correct orientation and the design of sunscreens, make all homes have excellent thermal performance and low energy consumption.
